He took a complicated generic HACCP plan which had clearly not been written with Grape Tree in mind and didn’t reflect the system which we have here and reworked it in to a conscience clear plan which is easy to use daily. During the writing process, Bob visited our site several times to ensure that every point reflects what we do here and he has returned to our premises several times since the HACCP plan has been up and working to ensure that it is running smoothly.
